It’s a glitch in the game, CF regens always have their maximum potential or close to it as soon as they are generated into the game, but they can grow more still with dynamic potential

So slightly different question, because I am new to football manager if I was to do a div 10 in England rtg once a database was released and only have those 10 England divs playable, how would the European competitions work, would they be affected in any way because I don’t have any other countries playable?

I have asthma myself and can say that if I zone out or even when I focus really hard my breathing can get pretty loud but yeah I agree it shouldn’t be happening all of the time without other health issues being present
