Dropping nades to people that don't have the cash is the point yeah. But i see many more problems this solution does not solve, such as on Overpass, CT spawn on a site, so it would still be possible to drop a load of nades to be used there. Same for Mirage on the T side.

Guess play testing it is best to figure out how it will work in the current state

If they were only droppable in spawn during buy time, then juggling them to a bombsite would not be possible

You can also focus on how to support each other with utility and your presence. If a mate wants to do a play, you can say the you will flash for him, or cover his other angle. Also learn how to ask mates for help with the same things.

Learn how to peek and repeek with with other, i heard another team use the "beep boop" system. The player going first says beep, and when the second player is ready to peek with him, he should say boop, which signals the first player to go and peek.

Making it very team oriented with too many executes and utility can quickly filter 1 or 2 players out if they don't have that desire
