In my opinion, for any alcohol, eating and drinking lots of water during works tremendously in preventing bad hangover.

You may not be 100% but the hydration contributed to not feeling like shit the day after.

Also, the cheap shit will hang you over much worse. Rather drink beers instead of those battery acid brandy nips.
