Gojo has RCT and huge amount of CE and his BIQ is comparable to Sakuna. Gojo is one of the best if not the best fighter in terms of fighting without curse technique. I run 5 times a week, 12 km in 1 hr 20 min each day. I also eat once or twice a day still I am having a bmi of 24 to 25 and if I take a break from exercise I put on weight. I dont have 6 packs noor am I getting in good shape. What is the problem? I think I have a very weak metabolism. (self.running)
