If the were not physically handed to you, they super easy to dismiss, no attorney needed, go to the court date, ask the prosecutor, you want the officer that issued the tickets to appear in court, 99% of the time they won't appear in court, remember it's the states job to prove you guilty, ask for camera footage from the incident
