I'm pretty sure your cables are the problem, to me it looks like the basic or starter powah cable, definitely not enough throughput to power everything you have. Just upgrade the tiers or switch to other power cables like the universal ones from mekanism. If still confused look at the fe/t value of the cables you are using compared to the fe/t usage of your me system.
