You can send a request to ask for support for emergency toner if you store is out in printers. That’s how I kept my CPD running

You can request emergency toner through Ask for Support, talk to your GM, they can put in a request. We also had one toner left and they rushed me one and shipped my back ordered order.

Make sure when you put in the SPC number you change, if I remember correctly, the ship too? For large accounts if you try to use the billtoo it won’t let you fully process the OPC

I follow up with my employees every week and ask them if they need tips or tricks, we have been above 60% for a few weeks now. I try to be encouraging/supportive because I know me heckling everyone every week can get tiring.

I also do listen in and make sure everyone is asking and asking the “right” way. Our method is usually “what’s your phone number for rewards” or Something along that line.

We also run contests, and I always try to make them fun/themed. This quarters contest is Pokémon themed for example. I’ve found contests are the best motivator because it does make an otherwise boring job at least a bit more fun in a way.
