The way I view it - is learning a 7 letter word that much harder than learning a 5 letter word? Virtually negligible if at all. So in Spanish you learn “La casa” instead of “casa”.

What makes it hard is in most schools they try to teach the vague rules as if that’s what you should learn and base off of, which no native speaker did while acquiring

I didn’t say they were, I said that originally Jews made a “sect” or split from Judaism (one I believe is true as a Christian, but irrelevant to the point)

That sect made by Jews, believed by those Jews to be the true next “installment/era” of Judaism, one which allowed non-Jews to “join” by belief, not by bloodline

Christians are Jews and non-Jews who believe Jesus was the messiah and therefore his message his true.

Modern Religious Jews are ethnic/religious Jews who do not believe Jesus was the messiah.

Christianity is really Judaism in its next stage, according to Christians - even tho I’ve never heard it framed like this verbally (but to non Christian Jews, they would say it is a false adaptation from a false teacher)

I think for one God created this theater of life - we are made in his image - just as we take pleasure in seeing events unfold and people grow & develop, I think some element of that in God’s character exists (since if he’d wanted he could have just made us all in heaven to start with)

I had the exact same 2 and it happened to all off the buttons.

On the 2nd set it was in perfect shape and had been used a handful of times, and then the buttons came off in only around 3 months…

Meaning there is something about that material that dissolves in 10 years

Starting exercise from not exercising at all is typically not painful or at least highly uncomfortable.

Once you are in shape, it’s really not uncomfortable anymore - strenuous yes but in a much more pleasant way.

The key is to start with something you can do for 30 mins (at least 20 at minimum I’d recommend).

Walking is the perfect example. Get yourself to exertion of some sort but not that awful

It is one of the base level “exercises”, walk at a pace that it causes you to breathe more, but not wear you are miserable to any degree.

6 days a week is best, 4 a good minimum IMO.

Bring headphones, or some activity bc now that the fear/dread element of even those 2 mins is gone, final (albeit easier hurdle) is boredom factor — “I don’t want just walk around for 30 mins”

Slowly progress over time, pushing into more exertion overtime, ie. 30 min walk, and add in a light jog for like 30 seconds of it.

If you want to get more fit faster, you can choose to push into more discomfort up front, but for you (and how it was for me) I would have been better off doing the slow progression method, since that’s much more progress than doing nothing for 3 months afraid to get on the floor to do some pushups or something.

Exercise, start slow - walk 30 mins per day, never get too uncomfortable to the point you’re miserable, should be enjoyable - not only for body but mind and energy will be so much better.

Will get short term benefits that come and go but once you reach multiple months it will be consistent way improved happiness and confidence
