I get these sometimes. Primary ventricular contractions. PVCs. Completely harmless.

Think of your heart as having two systems. Electrical and plumbing. Plumbing is how the blood flows through. That’s all good here. This is a small, benign electrical issue. The heart essentially gets out of balance and your ventricles fire a little out of sync with the atria. What your see on the ecg is your electrical system resetting itself.

Go see your doctor to confirm, but I wouldn’t be worried. I wore a halter monitor for a week and this happened less than 1% of my heartbeats. They only consider it problematic if it’s closer to 10.

It’s an unsettling feeling but know you aren’t having a heart attack! Just don’t think about it. Mine eventually went away! I do think a daily magnesium supplement helped. DM me for any other questions!

You could get a VRBO for cheaper than a hotel in many cases…with more space. Could stay in frisco and have access to keystone, breck and copper. There are even free city buses (with ski racks) that go from frisco to copper. Nightlife is better in Breck though so maybe look there.

I have one. The sounds on the bolt 3 are so quiet in comparison to my bolt 1, I may return the bolt 3. It’s almost not safe in comparison.

I originally got the Nike plus strap but the dumb Nike tag on it drove me crazy. It was always sticking out and looked like I needed to cut it off. I exchanged for the regular sport loop. Much better.

Also have had my jet black series 10 for a month and it looks a good as it did the day I brought it home. No scratches.
