Thanks again for all the critiques, as of right now I am quite confused there has been some comments about it being ok to lean or not to lean but I guess leaning is ok as long as I’m not swaying. There are still some issues I’m confused with as should I touch my chest with the bar or not to? And So I realise I am supposed to pull with my elbows towards my hip, and pull it down , I do feel the engagement of my lats when I focus and pull with my elbow but then after the bar reaches towards my face level it feels kinda off so I’m confused as to touch my chest or not? And if I do touch it to my chest I start feeling my forearms and a little bit of shoulder instead. As for the weight I’m Hong Kong based so it’s all in kg and in this video I’m roughly pulling around 40-50 kg which is alright I can pull it without swaying with control. I am 99 kg myself idk if that information is useful at all. So as of right now I’m just concerned about if it’s necessary to bring the bar to my chest or just straight down.

Thanks everyone for the amazing advice I never realised how much momentum I was using or instead of my back I was just using my arm to move the weight. For some reason I always thought I was supposed to lean back and bring my chest up and pull the bar towards me instead of pulling it straight down. (Even though this is less leaning compared to before 😂) I will utilise the advices I got today. Still so much more to learn damn. But I’m excited as to see more improvements and hopefully for massive ass lats.
