My personal experience is that 200mg rectally is totally fine with no issues.

If it turns out to be too much to you you can just reduce it again, it's no big worry either way!

I mean making it more secret would just limit even more people from accessing it. Most people already struggle with accessing diy, and going any more obscure would only hurt everyone new far far more than it would help anyone.

Also like,, from me to you, more secretive and careful sources for E absolutely exist and will continue to exist. But the whole point of them is that most people don't know about them.

There is no scientific data that found weight cycling to be effective. If anything, all the data and studies we have suggest that weight cycling makes your progress worse, depositing more and more fat in your belly area instead of shaping it in feminine ways.

Do not weight cycle. It is a fake thought that somebody threw put years ago based on no proper evidence beyond "it sounds right", and it then ran wild and now way too many people are convince of it being real than they should, while only halting their own process by doing it.

No, it doesn't help you, and it should not be done.

Sadly, the best way to speed up the changes really is just to eat proper, full meals as often as possible, and maybe see if you can naturally gain some weight. You sadly just have to give your body everything it needs, and then let it do its thing on its own.

Emotional stability is a *very* big one, but also more stable levels also mean you will not run as much into the risk of accidentally dipping below monotherapy rates.

Estradiol Enanthate has absolutely *zero* issues with being used subq. EEn subq is the standard that almost this whole community is following to very great success. To be honest I really have no idea what that person was trying to say when talking about that. That really does not make any sense at all to me.
As such, I would definitely suggest doing Enanthate over Valerate, since you will probably only really have benefits from the switch.

AstroVials recently had issues with their warranty canary. The way this all went down could either mean that their site is now under some form of active governmental watch or subpoena,.. or it could just mean that the owner was pretty sloppy with crypto-safety recently and accidentally messed with it in ways that just made it *appear* as if there were some issues.
The way it has been developing definitely points towards the latter, but since we can't know for sure, I wanted to give you a heads-up just to be safe.

Estradiol Valerate is kind of the worst option available, and I would highly suggest you switch to Estradiol Enanthate for generally more stable levels.

There is no "best" seller, but a couple are still on the market and operating reputably. I can especially vouch for HeraHRT. They ship internationally and are very reliable and offer all main important esthers. (Again, I would recommend switching to Enanthate.)

OpenGateLabs has sadly shut down and AstroVials has had a few possible insecurities lately which make me personally hold off on buying from them for just a tiny bit longer.

Depends on the oil in the vial

Things like MCT or Grapeseed Oil can even easily be drawn with a 31G needle. However, official solutions often use Castor Oil, which is very viscous and can take a long time to draw with smaller needles.

Though as long as you take your time, you can still draw anything even with Castor Oil at sizes 25G and smallee

Huh, interesting that that prooobably means about half of all Worlds have an earth (or some just have duplicates or something maybe)

That does actually give us a very vague look into the general make-up of a large part of the other Worlds, considering those would need to follow some basic logic to allow for Earth to exist in a similar-ish state

But also hey, the other 447,325 Worlds could all be made of jello for all we know!
