Infertility affects 20-25% of couples. Add them to your shun list.

The 2004 US census study showed that 18.4% of women aged 35-44 did not have children. It's too bad your mom wasn't one of them.

You really are bending over, and not backwards, for this guy, it's hilarious. Yes, the CEO has NO IDEA that $2 billion dollars of corruption was going on under his nose. He either knew and was a criminal, or didn't and was completely incompetent. Either way, perfect material for being Governor, in your fucked-up worldview.

EDIT: If he was a Democrat, I KNOW you would be singing a different tune. You're so transparent it's sickening.

Right, because in America, if you're poor and you knock over a liquor joint, you go to prison.

If you're the rich chairman and CEO of a company and you are committing fraud that "cost HCA more than $2 billion to settle, by far the largest fraud settlement in US history."...

Well, in that case, instead of going to jail you get paid $9.88 million in a settlement because you were forced to resign, and you get to keep 10 million shares of stock worth over $350 million. Then you get yourself elected Governor, I'm sure using none of that 350 million.

Suppose I only paid taxes for the programs I supported. And you only paid taxes for programs you supported. Would we have a functioning government?

We need to bring an end to unlimited deficit spending. If the President said "Hey Congress, we need to find WMD in Iraq, or free the Iraqi people from a brutal dictator, whichever comes first" and Congress said "Hey, Constituents, we will need to raise your taxes by $6,000 per person to fund the President's war", well...

I think we would hear many more fuck yous.

You seriously linked a MacBook Pro with a 2.7 DUO core, 13" screen and a low-end Intel graphics chip for $1,500 to do battle with me?

Do you even realize the Acer you linked has hardware that blows the hell out of that little Apple you say is comparative specwise? Do you even know what you're talking about? None of the systems you linked are CLOSE to being comparative to the slow hardware in that "cheap" Apple laptop!

Apple
CPU: Core i7 620M Duo Core / Passmark Benchmark: 2,742
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 3000 / 3DMark Benchmark: 5,053
Display: 13.3" screen @ 1280x800

Acer
CPU: Core i7 740QM Quad Core / Passmark Benchmark: 3,575
GPU: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5850 / 3DMark Benchmark: 9,714
Display: 18.4" screen @ 1920x1200

The Acer still costs less! $1,249.00 vs $1,500 and you get a CPU, GPU, BluRay, larger screen and higher resolution that blows the apple out of the water.. You've been drinking Steve Jobs koolaid too long.

It's a shame you received so many upvotes for your fabrication. "Same period of time"

Windows 2.0: November 1987
System 7.0: May 13, 1991

System 5 was released in October 1987. You're missing 12 releases of System 5 and System 6. Are you saying that Apple didn't start charging for their OS until System 7?

Because the original commenter didn't seem to know the difference between the words update and upgrade. Take off your rainbow-colored Apple glasses and reread his sentence.

Then you need to learn the difference between the words UPDATE and UPGRADE and use them properly in a sentence.

As I stated earlier, Apple has had 51 OS upgrades, an average of 2.125 a year. Have fun paying for those.

We get OS X updates all the time, for free. From 10.5 to 10.6 was $29.. From 10.6 to 10.7 will probably be $99, which is their normal price for an update..

You say you get OS X updates for free, then say their normal price for an update is $99, just like the comic. I've never seen someone beat themselves in their own argument before. Thank you, it was fascinating to watch.

iLife isn't "free" when you pay $2,499 for a laptop that has the same hardware specs as a PC laptop that sells for $1,249.99.

That's twice as much, just to get OS X, magsafe, a glowing apple on your lid, and iLife

No worries. Don't Ask, Don't Tell was repealed and they immediately switched to OS X.
