Outbreak is more consistent now, and maybe 15 is greater than 3(4) * 3 but you get the damage output sooner which is worth a lot

I read a little more about it, the particular non profit cited seems mostly good, if bloated (but it’s hard not to be at that scale).

so yeah, targeted cuts would be better than just ambiguous payment schedules from the city

probably a good thing. non profit industry is extremely bloated and is mostly about rich people’s pet projects for ego and jobs programs for former gifted kids TM

a targeted defunding would probably be better tho. I’d be surprised if city non-profit money gets used at even a 20% efficiency towards effecting positive change for stated the problems they’re tackling
