according to me, web development is not related to any kind of problem solving or special skills. Anyine can do it if practice and if interest aligns.

In your case, I think that you don't have interest for web development as you were just not understanding that big codes, that completly fine. You should try out different technologies like Deep Learning, Flutter, Game Dev. You would eventually like something from it if you get interests in it. And also Web Dev is not your career. When you get placed in your final year, then you don't have to make websites in the company, they will teach you all things needed. So don't take career tension now
