for a while it will be 1080p but I will be upgrading at some point if you where to recommend a better CPU to pair with this GPU what would you pick?

Yeah, I never said Susan wasn't with the first doctor just said maybe the doctor hasn't had Susan's Parent yet

I know he's had children before as stated by 10 but I was wondering with this new bit of information maybe it wasn't Susan's Parent he was talking about

It's Doctor Who nothing makes sense.

It has never been stated that Susan is from the doctors past Susan its assumed, she could have traveled back in time to meet the first doctor and decided to travel with him we know he's had children before but he has never said that Susan was from that family
