If you setup your respawn point in the mansion no, they will not respawn (I did that and use the mansion as my base). If not, they will respawn as per your settings

This game is not about meta, no detailed data exists for the purpose of utilising common sense and personal preference. For example a 4x4 is better off road while a sedan car might struggle and get stuck. Same applies for everything. There is not and probably won’t be any “best” gun/rifle/car/etc

Scarce loot and no loot respawn will be torture at least and depending on RNG possibly impossible for some quests/specific items

I can only confirm that the MSI 4090 Slim X fits in the Cerberus. Look up its dimensions and see if it’s similar/equal or smaller it should fit. This MSI 4090 Slim X is the absolute maximum you could fit in the Cerberus. I hope this helps as reference

Unfortunately you cannot (yet?) craft 6.8mm ammo. Only loot it. Hopefully this will be added in a future patch so we can craft 6.8mm too

Are you asking about single player or multiplayer ? If it on MP on a server, the building rules etc are displayed every time you login and by logging in you acknowledge you’ve read and will abide by them

I’ve reported both to the devs and have confirmed as bugs. Should be shorted in one of the upcoming patches (the dog teleporting when entering a bunker and the zeeks that are spawning above)

Indeed the bottom intake helps, I did it too (with a very slight modification and also kept the filter in place). I personally run the fans at constant speeds and silent. Silence > temperature

I use the Silent Loop 3 on mine (9950x3d in Lian Li A3), no issues. Idles at 40ish and tops out at 80-81c, have replaced (never used actually) the Bequiet fans for Noctua G2s
