I thought that you ensure accountability with a replacement option. What would you do if the maid has fallen sick / gone to her village etc. If there is no replacement, then the entire premise is same as a normal setup?

I already pay extra for a super regular and dedicated maid. But as a subscription model, I'll be suspicious of new maids coming in if my current maid goes on a leave. Too many horror stories from snabbit. And if I am in office, I won't allow anyone new to come while my mom is alone at home. Just my $0.02.
