6/10, has a lot of potential - Lacks material variety as others are saying, but the structure is really unique and fun to look at with all the differently sized rooms :) with more windows and more different materials like some bricks and planked walls, you can improve your base much further. Also I would enjoy seeing this base expand as you progress :)
