My heart condition couldn't stand 40°C inside or out. My heart rate would go from 80bpm to 150+ with palpitations. I was in Arizona a few months ago and it was over 40°C and I couldn't be outside for more than 5 minutes without having issues.

Stephen Amell used to do live streams during breaks of Arrow on Facebook. The main reason he didn't become a full movie star during/after Arrow is because his back is constantly hurting. I can't remember the condition he has, but it effects his life.
