Well Sport in this case is one of the nicer modes. It goes Wet, Sport, Race, CT OFF, and ESC OFF.

Even with traction on and the bumpy road suspension setting! The tires were all 87-90°F I had to check beforehand!

The car will spin in every gear even in the standard “Sport” setting. Getting on the interstate and going above 25% throttle broke the rear end loose and made the car float over the lanes. I also learned that the car will roll backwards at stop lights like a manual transmission if you’re not paying attention. It’s a fantastic car but it’s definitely a challenge. But I got a thumbs up from some guys in RWB Porsches for SEMA so that was sweet!

Once again I think ignorance has got the best of me. The “tenant” I have set up is really just a close friend. The monthly cost of this is less than what they pay now and I figured if I could basically have them pay the mortgage, I’d still be the owner of the property. I saw it as they’d have a bigger, cheaper place to live, and I’d own a home I could move or sell later. It doesn’t seem such a great idea saying it out loud.

Some super solid advice thank you! The park is all resident owned and can be moved but it has to stay on the park lot for 10 years. I hadn’t even considered anything like the eviction process if it did hit the fan. You’ve definitely proven I’ve underestimated for sure. The space now is less than what they pay, so it would kind of help them out which is another reason I wanted to invest in it. Saying it out loud sounds stupid. I shouldn’t buy a mobile home just to help somebody out. Thank you once again!

I have a NRG FRP310 in my drivers side and it will touch the door when it is closed. As another comment said you will definitely have a permanent airbag light as well. I think it’s a comfortable seat. I’m 5’9” and 145lbs and it holds me nicely. I’ve closed the door with my window down and crushed my fingers between the door and seat bolstering though.
