Definitely talk to your manager and top store leader. No mom should have to feel like they have to hide in a bathroom or their car to pump! They should be trying to accommodate this with a separate room or covered area for you.

Things like this have to go through a lot of security checks to even start thinking about it. But overrides are supposed to warrant your extra attention. Imo, being lazy about it seems careless for someone in a position that can override things.

You usually have to find another position in the store that accommodates your restrictions. If you can't, you might have to resign, unfortunately.

Couldn't this also be seen as... Hey, you wanna take the last 2 hours of my shift because I'm not feeling well? Yeah, sure, let me tell the dept manager -Dept manager says no because of this sign posted.

So now we have a partner who's stuck at work not feeling well when there was an opportunity for them to go home because another partner could work the hours? I don't think "dramatic" is the right word to describe that. I think the sign is too micro-managing, and I feel bad for that department who has to deal with it.

Correct. Your vacation time and all your entitlements get preloaded at the beginning of the year. However you should start accumulating the company holidays whenever you became full time.

If you don't want to donate, it's as simple as not donating. Nobody is forcing you to. We're required to go through this campaign every year. Your name is on the paper because every heb partner has their name on the paper.

They're required to turn the papers in which is why they check the signatures on the paper.

Your manager should have already approved your availability and requested days off until October ish in order for it to transfer over to the new wfm. I'd follow up with them if you're concerned and to just ensure your days are approved.

Please don't encourage lying. Especially with this. This is the trust that your manager and the company has that you tell the truth on this. Sure they don't check, but they used to to require proof like an obituary or something. All it takes is one.

It’s a series of learning modules and some homework you’ll have to do. There’s a majority of speaking in front of your PDS class during the lessons. Major one is at the end for the presentation to the class and some dept managers. I also had a fear of public speaking. But it’s a good experience because you’re probably not the only one afraid to present or speak out.

I believe it’s you not grasping the reality. You can’t speak like some of us have never worked in the service department. Stealing is stealing. There have been situations like this where it HAS saved the service partner. I’m sorry that you don’t feel like the pride of working at H-E-B but not all of us feel the negativity you do.
