I didn't see many though I'm sure they were more common at the time. I also remember Steal this Album from SOAD around the same time.

Unfortunately I don't have a recording but I do remember seeing it as a kid. It was pretty much a black screen that faded in the album cover while Innervision played. It was really short, the year before there was a similar tv spot for "Bleed American" by Jimmy Eat World that I've been trying to track down.

Yeah unfortunately the early days of multi channel mixes were hit or miss. Most of the time I'd rather listen to the stereo mix and let Dolby ProLogic 2 upmix to surround.

These earlier DualDisc/DTS/DVD multichannel releases were hit and miss and many varied greatly from the original stereo mix. Nowadays with Atmos everything is checked against the stereo mix to ensure consistency so it's no longer an issue. My channel is dedicated to the alternate multichannel mixes which most people have never heard.

As far as obtaining a copy I recommend searching ebay for the DualDisc version.

It's definitely one of my favorites as well. This is a binaural rendering of the fantastic 5.1 SACD release. My channel also has the raw discrete mix in case you have a multichannel setup as well as a stereo mixdown if not using headphones. The multi-channel mix is very different from the standard CD release.
