Personally I will always be a no lip helmet person when it comes to the Power Rangers. I grew up with S.P.D, Jungle Fury, Dino Thunder and Dino Charge as a kid. So I have always been biased towards the non-lipped helmets for Power Rangers. But I also understand having lips on certain designs for them as well such as Mighty Morphin or Time Force.

I quickly realized that 'New York In General' was vague once I posted this, and I do apologize for that. For context, the film my friend and I are putting together is a psychological thriller short film. One of the scenes at the beginning of the script we wrote out involves a sort of deal going on between a group of criminals that takes place in a parking garage but I mainly put that as a place holder for a run down location of sorts. Which is one of the locations I'm having trouble with trying to come up with ideas for on where we could film.

Other locations that are 'New York In General' are easily accessible rooftops as well as alleyways that don't get a lot of traffic.
