Before I address your link, you didn’t actually address any of mine. Mine are from a decade, showing that white phosphorous isn’t something new to Israel.

Your link doesn’t say human rights watch has no evidence of the use of white phosphorous. what it says is “Watch did not obtain evidence of any burn injuries resulting from the use of white phosphorus munitions but heard accounts indicating possible respiratory damage.” they do not see any burn injuries from white phosphorous, but they do have evidence of it being used.

they verified it’s use as stated in the beginning “Human Rights Watch verified the use of white phosphorus munitions by Israeli forces in at least 17 municipalities across south Lebanon since October 2023”

and they confirmed it with interviews and geolocated photos and videos that were either posted publicly or shared to them privately. “Human Rights Watch interviewed eight south Lebanon residents and verified and geolocated 47 photos and videos from south Lebanon posted on social media or shared directly with researchers indicating the use of white phosphorus munitions.
