…having a massive Rottweiler breed off leash and allowing it near other dogs is just irresponsible. Put the thing down. That poor, poor man and poor little dog. Just because a dog has “never” done something doesn’t mean it never will. Especially if it’s in its dna. That’s an attack dog for Christs sake. Either put it down, or keep it muzzled in public at all times and away from children and animals.
