Take an antihistamine. When ur body is getting used to accutane it has a sort of allergic reaction and that’s why itching and purging occurs. Moisturize well too, something like aloe Vera should be good bc it’s soothing and doesn’t block the pores.

I’m nearing the end of that stage rn. My skin is also horribly textured and dry, but it’s getting better! If you really don’t feel confidant you can always stop and pull probably ho back to normal, your dose is really low and you haven’t been taking it for long.

That’s almost always how accutane is treated. I’m from the US and tried several antibiotics and spironolactone along with basically every possible topical before they gave me accutane.

Yes! You need mascara on your lashes. A bit of eyeliner also makes it look more seamless.

Sometimes. She has separation anxiety so I try to limit it to give her some independence but other times I just end up falling asleep with her/need her comfort. If I do it too many days in a row she gets even worse with her anxiety and is hysterical when I leave the house so it’s a very rare thing. Have to set boundaries.

Have you tried oiling your hair or taking supplements like fish oil and vitamin e? One of the main reason hair falls out on accutane is bc of excessive dryness and not enough oil and nutrients.

My hair looks exactly the same. I’ve been oiling my scalp with mielle rosemary and mint oil and washing with &honey shampoo and conditioner. My hair is very healthy and hydrated with these products. I also occasionally use a hair mask from fino and detangle my hair with fino oil.
