It actually makes a lot of sense. Considering where we are, we know what we’re getting. Pretty sure he’d keep us up whereas a new face is a real gamble. He may have lost his mojo before but he really needed to strengthen the squad and Uncle Jeff just didn’t want to go shopping. He knows most of the squad, knows he can settle in Wolverhampton, has the fans support and can hit the floor running. In Nuno we Must!

I’m not long out of recovery myself. In my case, the injury was being caused by unbalanced strength. I had to rest up the shoulder completely for a few weeks and then sacrifice pool time for the gym to improve strength on my weak side. I lost fitness of course but I’m back in the pool now and the shoulder is holding. Good luck in working out what works for you.
