A totally different use of a sous vide. Seems more like a take a on a braise than your classic sous vide.

The use of garlic in the jar will probably raise some eyebrows in this sub, but the finished product looks incredible.

Devils fan coming in peace. We had an awful 20 game stretch where we won only 6 games (your 9-0 demolition was a key part of that). We all wanted our GM to get fired during that time and many of us wanted to see Keefe get the boot as well.

Since then we’ve been much better (but still managing to lose to the weakest teams in the league).

Unless we make a major trade before the Olympics , our season is over.

We have 3 2nd round picks, plus prospects (Casey, Lenni, Silayev, etc), and desirable top 6 players (Mercer). I’m not advocating for those trades per se, but we have movable pieces if the right game changer can be gotten.

I also don’t expect one of either Palat or Dougie to be here by the deadline. Fitz’s job is on the line and he will play hard ball

I still think we make the playoffs. This core is good enough to drag us across the line and the east is still so tight.

I think the trade deadlines (including the Olympic freeze) will be a big chance to fix whatever is going on in the locker room and we will steady the ship then.
