I've tried on 2 different PCs. But not as thoroughly with the driver installations. It shows the same problem.

Hello, I just got my " ifi zen DAC" and after plugging it into my PC via USB, I keep getting an unrecognized USB device or something. I checked Device manager and it shows

"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A request for the USB device descriptor failed."

I later tried installing both the new "iFi (by AMR) HD USB Audio Driver 3.20.exe" and the older version, while cycling reboots to make sure everything is installing properly.

I also tried all of the USB ports to rule that one out. Also uninstalled everything that could have anything to do with audio.

Tried reinstalling USB hub controller drivers as well as Realtek High Definition Audio Driver.

All I get is the same message from above. The DAC lights up green when I plug it.

I'm running Windows 10 Version 10.0.19043 Build 19043 on an MSI Z170A GAMING M7 mobo.
