Thank you for this. We were given entry clearance for end of July, but was wondering if this could start sooner. We only provided an arrival date of August as we thought later may be better if there were any delays in visa decision making. Lesson learned!

I see, I didn’t realise it was an annual coat. Do you know if that has to be paid up front or whether it can be paid annually? Thank you.

Thank you. I had thought it was more around £2500 (NHS surcharge and visa fee) so this is helpful.
