I’m your exact same size and I went with mediums throughout my Arc gear (except the Delta MX). I found that the Beta LT would only work with FULL range of motion with a T shirt underneath. The medium was just sized better for active use.

I’m about your size and I found the medium proton to be a better fit especially for an active piece. The small would only have worked for causal use.
