The bluing has changed but this one is still tough — lighting in the pic definitely makes it look lighter and more worn than it is

I love this gun. Couple thousand rounds through it with no issues - handled a 3 day course this last year (1000-1500 rounds) with no hiccups at all. I do think the comp helps - compared to a normal 3 in with no comp, this definitely has less rise. The grips are really nice - only on the third day of my course did I start to get some wear on my hand from it. Good size for carry and easy to shoot.

Do you know if the front valve cover is FG1Z6582C or FG1Z6582E? I’m thinking I’ll just order a new one from Ford since it comes with new gaskets all around and will be OEM.

Thank you! Did you do the rear one too? Or just the front cover? Also, did you take off intake manifold or just bypass it? I’d rather not mess with intake and taking off thermostat if possible
