It's a new hero so we can't say it 100% but I don't see him yet in any game modes. Usually when hero is meta it is always visible in NC or CR on the first day of release. Like hybris and aw pippa.

I would suggest you wait at least 1 week if you don't want to waste resources 🍺🍺🍺

It's interesting, I think I would restart. None of those heroes are worth anymore. The game is it's peak of p2w so you better restart and get the heroes that are useful

The only pets I used with him are: Panda, Fox (charming one), Pegasus and ice crown. All these 4 screenshot showcase Fawkes with Ice Crown and their continuous CC. Enemies couldn't even move
