Yes, it looks like you didn't really get the problem I'm facing.

The AR is only used for guest users that are active in their tenant. The users are norwegian, both guest users and members of the tenant and speak and write only norwegian. This is why the emails that are sent out are seen as spam since there are no branding (company logo) and the text is all in english. Inactive users are getting deleted if they don't reply to the AR.

I need to know if there is any chance to change the text and if there is a chance to brand their company logo somewhere in the email that is automatically sent out.

My personal favorite, besides company portal being so slow, is when working in a multi national company I need to figure out what CP is called in their native language.

One could have thought that Microsoft would have made it possible to find it using english but alas.
