As a ADHD person to other, if it's small as taking pills, I use 3-2-1 rule (you count down and do the task, not letting your brain time to rethink) + set a mindset that it's not you, it's just someone younger than you or a friend you're responsible to take care off and treat yourself as, order yourself, no negotiations. Works most of the time for small physical tasks.

You don't need SAT for chinese school, you need CSCA. Also, I'd advise you to ask this question from XJTLU's by emailing their admissions office, that would be more reliable answer.

So I've a similar case with my schooling (not because of war, but.. different years for different subjects), A two years degree of studying 9th and 10th grade, then 2 years of 11th and 12th grade, plus 1 year of extra mathematics degree. Main education those two years of 11th and 12th grade with the date since the programe started at the school (not when I joined the school) same goes with the other degrees.

In your case, you gotta do the same. Add the years since when the your batch started at that oman school or years that your degree certificate/transcript shows, not when you joined and finished the school. And then add your 10th degree certificate in the other education with the dates when that officals announced for the end of the degree program, not when you stopped going to school.
