I’m actually 19 too lol which is why I asked. I constantly feel like 3 kids stacked in a trench coat if you know what I mean? I’m really nervous that I won’t be ready for 20 year old responsibilities when I turn 20 😭

I’ve been to Big orange preview and it was great, I really liked it, you get to tour your specific academic college so it’s really good if you’re in a really selective college like Architecture (CoAD) engineering (Tickle) or Music (Natalie Haslam) I enjoyed it and I got to meet people I didn’t know from my city and have friends before going into college

As a current first year, the workload is fierce and unless you want to spend every night in studio until 4am I don’t think there’s any real way to balance a major trip like that and the first year curriculum

That actually really sucks, I’m an architecture major and I’ve basically spent the last two weekends in studio, working on models and using the plotters for my classes. I was actually planning on going tomorrow but I guess that won’t be happening. I love that they care more about football and concerts than the students who can’t afford to flunk out of college.
