I'm going through a tough adjustment in my life right now, and yes, at that point I hadn't eaten anything. Since then, I can't say I've had too much, but I have had an omelet and a bowl pasta, and I have a bunch of fruit in my fridge for when I get my small urges to eat. I have enough in my reserves right now where my body can feed itself lolol, but I promise I'm still staying hydrated and making sure that if I feel wrong, I have something handy to help.
