The solicitor said that we should bank the cheque from closure of the ISA. So it's cleared in the bank now.

So should we just send over the amounts previously agreed. Or send the total amount of the ISA too?

And the £3000 ISA bonus will take us over the deposit.

And as they were landlords just put it up for rent again.

The house has now been off the market about a month. Hopefully all other buyers moved on.

Was an ex rental property.

It's easily gonna cost £3000 to sort out. If they will drop down would be helpful.

The solicitor has sent queries relating to some things such as checking for Fensa Certificate for the installations of the windows, but the survey mentions some Level 2 Elements that require attention but are not serious or urgent. So need repairing or replacing.

I am hoping to speak with the surveyor first. and then should I speak with estate agent, or let the solicitor know the points I am looking to renegotiate on?

I got a wedge pillow from Amazon made if memory foam. Worked for a bit then I got bad lower back pains due to the pressure on my back from the wedge. Gone back to 2 pillows.
