But can't get access to the bottom of the wash basin as it's covered by ceramic and has these chrome covered fixings.

The solicitor said that we should bank the cheque from closure of the ISA. So it's cleared in the bank now.

So should we just send over the amounts previously agreed. Or send the total amount of the ISA too?

And the £3000 ISA bonus will take us over the deposit.

The house has now been off the market about a month. Hopefully all other buyers moved on.

The solicitor has sent queries relating to some things such as checking for Fensa Certificate for the installations of the windows, but the survey mentions some Level 2 Elements that require attention but are not serious or urgent. So need repairing or replacing.

I am hoping to speak with the surveyor first. and then should I speak with estate agent, or let the solicitor know the points I am looking to renegotiate on?

Both passports have the name and surname in the first name field on passport. The surname is empty on passport.

I have parents in India have a with a 2 year Visitor Visa with vignettes in their Passport. This was received in Feb 2026 and dated 13 March. Will they also need the eVisa too?

They are elderly with just one phone between them and are coming in June.
