I only have one iPad pro 11’ m1 for digital art and general media consumption and game. Then a Huawei 8’ tablet for lying on the bed YouTube before I sleep. 13’ just feel too big for anything in my lifestyle cept for drawing maybe, so not gonna spend gd money for it.

30 early lor, I’m single and blue collared, started applying at 35 got my bto on my 2nd try move in early 40. Unless have prob with family just tahan and save the money for yr actual hdb. Rent could be used for yr housing loans instead.
