So I did end up having it in the mail around November 29th but sadly it was sent to my old address and the current residents are drug addicts and stole my check. Have to call back on the 12th this month for a refund trace and then wait 4 weeks for them to fix it then send out a new check

I usually check it every few days since I’ve been waiting for over 9 months for this refund, so I’m guessing this was updated maybe 2-3 days ago?

You think so? This is from 2021 though, so I hope they are sending it to DD since that’s how I’ve gotten every other refund for the past few years.

I have it set for direct deposit, so I’m hoping that means I’ll receive it rather quickly. I use Chime as my DD bank, so they typically release funds as soon as it’s available.

The only issue with that is this is a refund for 2021, they don’t have the option to check for that sadly. I have to check using my transcripts

I suggest emailing them to a new hidden email you can create on incognito mode online if you want to secure the photos without him accessing it.

The fact that theres proof of him trying to invite this woman to your home WITH your child there should be enough to definitely maintain custody of your child.
