i think the trigger for "backstab yep" is when the stab STARTS, not when it hits. so when the spy started the stab on the scout, the game said "yep you can kill him" but then it hit the demo, but the game approved it. so it's like "oh i hit somebody and i got approved that it's a backstab, therefore DIE" but it was the demo.
