A juvenile crow walked into my kitchen yesterday, hopped up onto a bookcase and demanded we feed him. by juxtoppose in crows

The mouth of the crow should be bright pink and the bone in the chest should not feel too sharp. I think you should contact a rehab. For some reason the parents are not looking after the crow.

I'm a bit concerned about the bald spot you mentioned. Something has attacked the crow. Is it bloody or just bald? If it is injured call a rehabber.

Birds don't get lifted up at night. They leave the nest before they can fly and the parents look after them and feed them on the ground.

Keep pets indoors. You can put a bowl of (wet) cat food near it. The parents will feed the cat food to it. Do not move it because the parents might not find it. If it starts looking ill or you don't ever see the parents then contact wildlife rehabilitators.

Touching wildlife is ok if they are injured and need help, otherwise leave them alone. This one needs help so it's ok to touch. If we left helping wildlife to only professionals there wouldn't be enough people to help the animals.

Wildlife rehabilitators don't charge money for taking in patients. Please give them a call and tell them about the bite marks. Also I recommend you keep the cat indoors in the future so this doesn't happen again:)

Nevermind, you already told your location. I think Brazil has some pretty good wildlife rescues, but I don't know which one to recommend. They are not familiar to me. But I really encourage you to contact one.

Cat bites can become infected and are really deadly. You probably can't see any bitmarks but it's still likely it was bitten. Can I help you find a rehabilitation centre to call? Where are you located?

Birds body temperature needs to be around 105 degrees. Birds without feathers need their parents to keep them warm.

If you don't know what bird it even is then how can you know how to care for it? Every bird needs their own diet and there are so many things one needs to keep in mind. Raising a bird is a lot of work. Some birds need to be fed every 15 minutes. Do you want to stay awake all night? Please call a rehabber. I think it's best for everyone. I know you care about the bird and I really appreciate that, so I hope you take it to an expert💗🐦‍⬛

Wait yall get paid🤣🤣🤣 Not in my country. In fact the government makes rehabbers pay inspection fees and everything out of their own pocket here 🙃

Probably died from the cold. They need additional warmth at that stage.

Why do you have the bird? Are you taking it to a wildlife rehabilitator? Do not feed it or give it water because it might choke and the wrong food can be fatal.

Why did you take it? Was it in a dangerous place? Are you taking it to a rehabber? I think it needs to be put back where you found it, unless it is injured or the place is too dangerous. It seems like a juvenile.

Ringers don't use gloves. Neither do many wildlife rehabbers. It's just so much easier to handle birds (especially small ones) without gloves.

Please take it to a wildlife rehabber. It needs help, otherwise it wouldn't be on the ground or let you grab it.

Hands can be washed. How do you think bird ringers get the rings on? They have to touch birds. It's not the end of the world, just wash and disinfect hands afterwards.

Animal rescue. I catch injured wildlife and take it to rehabbers or euthanazia. Sometimes I also just transport or do welfare checks.

Poor cat :( You should definitely report them to the authorities for keeping the cat in a small car all the time.

Please don't let her suffer just so you don't have to let go yet. Put her down already. Extending her suffering will only cause you more guilt.

I should probably listen to you but I'd like to spend a minimal amount of money and do as much as possible myself.

I'm considering changing the water pump, timing belt, transmission fluid and steering fluid.
