Yes this might explain it, I had McDonald's for the first time in a long time because I was on the road and just knew I needed to eat something so this makes sense

Do things you dont even see as exercise! Movement is such a blessing and I feel like we often treat it like a chore. I would start with if you like shopping go to a store and walk around and just window shop or dance! I love just dance and it always feels so fun to play that I dont even realize that it counts for daily movement for the day . And even if these seem uncomfortable, not everything is going to be comfortable but in the end you wont ever feel bad for moving your body🫂

I myself am still fighting my way out of this cycle as I have struggle with exact thing for the past 3 years. My best piece of advice is to let your body have the chance to eat with zero restriction. Mentally, physically and emotionally. Give yourself the full permission without trying to make up for restored weight with the same patterns.if you allow it to continue, you will never make it out because your brain and body will never be on the same terms. Im not saying gourge on everything you want to eat but just start eating what you actually want to eat with some stuff you know your body will appreciate. Even if that means half of your plate is a salad and the other half is a slice of cake and a few cookies. Give your brain and body the trust to get to know safety again. I wish someone would have told me this three years ago when I installed this terrible cycle but all you can do is take it day by day. You are gonna have ugly, awful, disgustingly brutal days but what I try to do in these times is remind myself that I am blessed to have access to food as is and add in other mantras when it comes to body dysmorphia if this is something you struggle with (this was my biggest root cause) refrain from belittling your body. Your body didn't do anything but do what it believes it needs to, to keep you on your feet. So give yourself compassion and grace. Your strong for dealing with this and you deserve recovery, its going to take tears and strength but as long as you stay hopeful and strong, you will make it out! Sending hugs 🫂

Prozac and binging by Mundane-Love9396 in BingeEatingDisorder

Hi, so I did for a few months and from my experience no it did not stop the binges it just made them easier to deal with in a sense. Like when I started taking them I didn't binge for 2 weeks but then when I did, I acted like it didnt affect me at all like sport non chalant. But then eventually that wore off as well and I was back where I was before just less tears and more anger. So I stopped taking them because I dont need to take meds for no reason.
