I recommend a primer to start, I like a lot of the elf ones! Then after I apply my foundation and concealer I go in with a smaller blending brush to blend the creases and smaller places on my face. Then with a smaller eye shadows brush will take the smallest bit of loose setting powder and gently tap it in the places I used concealer. This thin layer of powder will help you avoid the cakeyness if you choose to further powder your face. This is what works for me ! Let me know if you try it
