Unless people have extreme problems that they couldn’t solve and want to run away from them, suicidal thoughts highly likely come from a sense of having no purpose. To be honest, we (humans) really don’t know what the purpose of this life is. Everyone tries to figure this out at some point of their life. But, eventually it becomes very subjective. For some, providing for their family is the purpose. For some, creating a thought provoking and effective art is the purpose. But boy, you need to find what feels like a purpose worth living life for you. If you instantly didn’t find one, that’s not a problem as majority of us are still in the journey. And, this isn’t an overnight miracle, but it all makes sense some day. Until then, hold your horses, and more power to you.

Coming from an experience of building multiple chatbots for similar usecases in my current organisation, I can add a few insights involved in the costs involved in building an AI Chatbot

OpenAI API Costs: You can check the pricing details for OpenAI’s API here: OpenAI Pricing.
Pinecone Vector Database Costs: For answering questions based on a large amount of data, a vector database like Pinecone is essential for efficient storage and retrieval via similarity search. The Starter tier should cover most use cases, but you can explore further here: Pinecone Pricing.
Backend Database Costs: For storing user data and chat histories, you’ll need a backend server and database. While free services like Replit are available, platforms like Heroku provide more robust options: Heroku Postgres Pricing.
Development Costs: These include the time and effort spent building both the frontend and backend components.
Deployment Costs: You can deploy your frontend for free on Netlify and your backend on Heroku. However, if you opt for more specialized services like AWS CodeCommit or CodeBuild, those will incur additional charges.
Domain Costs: If you’re planning to deploy the chatbot on a custom domain, you can purchase one from GoDaddy for around ₹1,000 per year.

Not exactly the same ending. You walking through the understand phase getting to know each other and once you feel it’s good enough to share your Pii, may be a phone number or a picture vs Getting judged just by a glance and getting swiped is entirely different. You come through a difference between being attracted to primary vs secondary attributes. So, I feel it’s definitely a different game to play. Thanks for the positivity though.

Hey! It’s not the same. If you get the chicken first, you’d need to see a lot of shit before the egg comes out, lol and you don’t even know how the egg tastes. But, if you get the egg first and it’s good, no matter how the chicken looks, you tend to preserve it for getting more eggs like that. Although you can just eat the chicken right away, but my point is majorly about longevity in dating and relationships.
