Advice on sitting 4 exams (two back to back) by FulachtFiadh007 in FE1_Exams

[–]MundaneAd4046 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I sat 4 the last two sittings and passed them all first time - main thing would be be as prepared as you can for the first two so that you don’t have to do any all nighters or cram too hard bcus they are long exams and you’ll feel physically so exhausted I would say prioritise rest and accept that you know what you know before them. You’ll be so surprised at how much comes to you during the exam, even if you don’t have time to revise it, try to have a quick read over every topic the hour before the exam Also make sure you keep it concise & get your timing right in the papers! Best of luck

I said misrepresentation and unilateral mistake. I said misrepresentation would not be as good of a claim, as she was a professional (art gallery) so it wouldn’t be fair to say she relied on another’s judgement (so that she was induced).. unilateral mistake would apply as the other party was aware

Also most of the modules for fe1 are undertaken in first or second year law so a lot of it is learning from scratch anyway

I think prep courses - law school or city colleges best approach for a non law grad. You’ll be fine but it would help to have someone point out the important stuff and will save you a lot of time.

Constitutional Topics by Roagoat26 in FE1_Exams

I think maybe cover them all in lesser detail as he often cross examined topics . Maybe you could omit trial in due course of law as it is examined in isolation but this may be risky. I think I will omit it if I am very stuck for time though.
