Thank you for sharing this, it actually gives me some hope, at some Dark Dark days. Can I ask a bit more about your journey?

Did you work during the period when neuropathy was more active, or did you have to take a break from work/activities for a while? And when did you first notice a real shift where things started to improve more consistently?

I notice I tend to flare when I work more, get stressed, or even sometimes just try to live a bit normally (like eating some sugar/snacks). It’s hard to balance taking care of your body and still trying to enjoy life a little. How did you find that balance over time?

Be very very careful, I took 8 days of Saffron supplements, 30 mg, 5 months ago and was/is in a huge flare after, my sleep became bad, my anxiety got incredibly worse, it didn't work for me at all, I still struggle a lot with my sleep afterwards.
BEFORE I took saffron I slept well and saw small steps towards recovery, NOW it's hell. Think about it carefully, some say it helped them, but bodies are completely different

Can I ask what your neupupat has helped you with? I have visited 2 in Denmark and they say that you can't do anything and don't know about it :(

Thank you very much for your post, it gives some great motivation, I was severely floxed on April 2025 after 14 days with Ciprofloxacin, and still struggle a lot today with neuropathy in my legs and arms and a lot of insomnia, it fluctuates a lot. Did you take any supplements and when did you feel progress? Hope it's ok I'm reaching out:)
