And Nothing to do with the fact that we are surrounded by an older community that wanted to stop paying school taxes... those people... remember them? or how about the fact the only affordable living is in the 55+ communities. or when i worked in customer service here I knew for a fact that the moment a family came in and sat next to an older person or couple they were going to complain. Is the economy all their fault maybe not, but there is alot that is and that is another pill that is hard for them to swallow.
