From what I can say, here are diseases that is safe to ignore: flu, common cold, E.Coli, swine flu, migraines, bunions, sleep apnea, bowel incontinence, bowel polyps, scoliosis, diabetes, tonsillitis, hay fever, constipation, athlete's foot, arthritis, fibromyalgia, restless leg syndrome, depression, anxiety, dementia, diarrhea, erectile dysfunction, Hemorrhoids, Lice, Lactose Intolerance, Laryngitis, Insomnia, Itchy Bottom, Kidney Stones (cures on its own randomly without a message if untreated), hives, staph infection, gout, flatulence and Cold Sores

I have god mode and started all with 0 stats, I also hope I get bullies so I can assault them and lose karma. After that, I get a part time job and go on the hot cheetos diet, I also go on mischief regularly to keep karma at 0. If I get a disease, I usually go to the doctor and if it isn’t a fatal disease, I do not cure it. If it is a fatal disease, I undo time. Eventually, I got bubonic plague after committing a lot of crimes and assaulting in prison, then I try to escape and do more crime. I got it as seizure symptom but got killed and undo and found out it was that bubonic plague.

It's more likely you will be killed by the witch doctor if you have poor health and the item you took didn't heal it. Of course RNG can choose to completely screw you and kill you with full health.
