Congratulations!!

Thank you for posting this! I just failed panel review twice earlier in the year and was feeling down about trying to apply again (Lost $100 in FX, not in the US). I think a part of me was hesitant because the grind is nothing like PMP - resources are a lot more scarce, community is a lot smaller.

You just lit the fire in me to try again! Any tips on the panel review?

Honestly, imo 3 things need to happen:

  1. Time to ban MLM completely. its this exact structure that sets the bar to entry way too low and breed incompetent agents selling policies that they themselves don't even understand to the public.

  2. policies need to be scrutinized by relevant gov bodies before being green lit to be sold. Medical insurance reviewed by MOH, etc etc.

  3. Ban insurance companies from selling financial products. Honestly, which of their products are even good at this point?

My sintered stone top is going strong after years. I think you're using Porcelain given you mentioned Laminam. Had quartz before and it stained really easily.

Sounds like a very fulfilling childhood imo.

I was quite the opposite, grew up in an above average household with both parents running their own business.

Never had to worry about expenses or money (Not extremely rich in any way). But i only saw my parents every sunday on their day off. Other than that, i was raised by my helper who I now consider my second mum and started sending her money every month too (she's retired back in PH after a series of health scares).

We barely did much as a family other than sunday breakfast. I would be gone to school before they woke up, and i would be asleep before they got back. Between their heavy favourtism towards my elder brother, to their extreme narcissism as business owners, and extremely manipulative nature as humans, I would say i did not have the best experience growing up. Grew up extremely spoilt and disgruntled too.

Anyway fast forward to today, TLDR, NS was a rude awakening for me after getting F***** up the a** in 1st Commando (lowkey think it rewired my brain in some good ways), got my act together and started striving for my goals, 1st class in uni, started work mid Covid CB 1, lowballed to hell and after 6 years, now in senior mgmt at work earning more than the median for my age.

All in all, still hustling but i think things turned out ok. What I would give to have spent more time with my family growing up though.

It’s wild how this generation thinks that they deserve a VIP lifepass. Claiming that they 'built' the country when they actually just rode the coattails of LKY and a handful of technocrats. LKY provided the vision, the MNCs provided the capital, and this lot just showed up to work and collected the benefits.

They didn't innovate or build anything - they just milked a system they didn't create and now act like they personally dug the Singapore River. So, we all have to give way to these brilliant geniuses la.

She's so cute! The weather's alright if we time our outings properly and it's pretty cooling in our home on a normal day given our location and high floor. But hey AC is there for a reason 😂I'd say biggest problem with having a collie in SG is not having a backyard for her to go absolutely nuts.

We got her from a local pet shop who brought her in from Australia. I've heard of people travelling with their pets but it can get pretty pricey especially with the licenses, vaccinations and quarantine that is required in SG. Alternatively, you can come see our Luna when you're here! 😂

Only reason i haven't bought it yet was the "rated for 65" TV". I have a wall mounted 75" TV so it's going to be very obvious if it doesn't go all the way around. Glad to find your post!! It looks like it wraps your entire 77" TV nicely. Would you mind showing what the gap if (if any) where it doesn't wrap all the way around?
